Learning to Be a Leader in Network Marketing and MLM

Getting started in an MLM business is no easy task.  To be successful we all need training, however MLM training and take a chunk out of what little money we have to market our new business.  Not to worry.  There are some free MLM training sources and here are 3 of them.

 1.  Read articles by other Networkers

This is a really easy thing to do.  Article submission sites specialize in posting articles by “armature” authors. 

Where do they get these authors?

Well from people just like you.  Network marketers and other business owners, write informational articles about topics that are related to their businesses.  They then post those articles for free on the web, for all of us to read.

There is a lot to learn from these resources and an excellent way to get free MLM training.

2. Tap into online forums and network marketing chat rooms

These can be a gem, BUT in some cases are just one sales pitch after another. 

However MLM training forums can be very useful. 

Here’s how.

Make sure you join a forum that has strict guidelines about advertising.  You want them to be completely INTOLERANT of spam.

This works out best for all involved.  People can go and learn and others can help teach.

On the other hand, don’t completely ignore the salesy forums

Don’t expect to get any real business building information out of them BUT do use them as an example of bad advertising and BAD marketing.

Sound strange?

Well the point is, most of us don’t even realize when we come off like those sales stereotypes.  But we can spot another trashy salesman a mile away. 

Taking note of what NOT to do in your marketing can help you avoid many business failures.

3.  Use Your Upline.

Only do this IF your upline has seen some success in his/her business.  If not go even higher up the ladder and find someone who has been successful in the business.

The point is, you want to be guided by someone who knows what they are doing.  This is what network marketing is all about.  So pick their brain.  Ask if you can take 20 minutes of their time on the phone to get some one on one coaching.  Send them emails to ask them questions. 

This is what your upline is there for.  Use them as a source of free MLM training.

With all of the expenses that we have in building our businesses, MLM training does not have to be a big one.  Use some of these methods and begin learning the skills you need to be a successful network marketer.
